What Should You Consider When Choosing an Exhibition Stand?

A checklist for making the right decisions, from stand type and open sides to storage and LED screens.
First, define your exhibition objective
Stand selection should not begin with the question “How many square metres?” The layout should be shaped by the primary objective, whether that is meeting new customers, finding distributors, launching a product or hosting existing customers.
Open sides and visitor flow
Aisle directions, neighboring stands and the number of open sides determine the most effective entrances. Even a poorly positioned reception desk can discourage visitors from entering the stand.
Do not underestimate storage and technical space
Catalogues, personal belongings, hospitality supplies and technical equipment should not remain visible in visitor areas. Even a small, well-positioned storage area helps the stand remain tidy throughout the day.
Before requesting a quote
Preparing the exhibition name, date, city, stand dimensions, number of open sides and basic usage requirements makes it easier to compare quotations accurately.
